John is a portfolio chair/non-executive director. He has many years of experience investing in and helping companies grow both organically and by acquisition, including within the health and wellbeing sectors, ultimately creating and realising significant shareholder value In addition, as a strong team player he worked with larger quotes (including AIM) and unquoted businesses where good corporate governance was valued, encouraged and delivered. He also gives something back by helping companies in the charitable and public sectors create well-led and high-performing organisations.
Dr. Saj Raja
Director
His career started as an entrepreneur soon after he left the University of Nottingham with a BSc (Hons) Biology degree. Since graduating he has been a serial entrepreneur successfully running different businesses. Awards include a prestigious European Space Agency scholarship. Always keen to learn and progress his knowledge he has also obtained his Dentistry degree whilst continuing to run his businesses. Now he is fully focused and putting his energy into the Investment Consortium as it combines his business acumen with his desire to improve the health of the public. The mission is to create an ethical and more efficient next-generation organisation designed to benefit its clients, employees, and investors by acquiring and consolidating multiple small and mid-sized companies.
Serban Suvagau
Non-Executive Director
Serban Suvagau is the former head of strategy at Bupa UK where he led the £830M acquisition of Oasis Dental including strategy development, board proposal, due diligence, vendor negotiations, regulatory approvals, and post-merger integration. Before joining Bupa, Serban helped acquire a national dental plan – the UK’s third-largest dental insurer – while at Unum UK. Serban began his career in the Management Consulting Industry across the US, Canada, and the UK, most notably with monitor group (now monitor Deloitte), in the London office. In addition to non-executive roles, Serban advises healthcare founders on how to scale their businesses and raise funds. Serban is a sought-after subject matter expert in UK private healthcare, dentistry, and healthcare funding, with a focus on innovation. Originally from Canada, Serban has an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in international studies from the Joseph Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Rajeev Raichura

Rajeev is a Non-Executive Director with two decades’ worth of finance experience having worked at IBM, Experian, Equifax, LSL Property Services, and Thincats where he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is a board-level commercial, finance, and operational finance professional with demonstrable success within matrix and multinational environments and sectors. Proven leader in successfully managing financial strategy, someone who thrives on diverse challenges and accomplishes goals through effective business partnering and stakeholder management across all levels of the business. His experience includes a range of M&A, JV, and disposal activities across public and private enterprises.
Dr. James Taylor
Dentist – Non Executive Director
Dr. James Taylor, an accomplished Dentist since 1998 and a partner since 1999, is committed to continuous professional growth. In 2019, he founded the Dentist, a renowned Private Dental Practice, winning the ‘Best New Practice’ award at the 2019 Private Dentistry Awards. Dr. Taylor’s qualifications in Restorative Dentistry (BARD), Occlusion, Aesthetics, Orthodontics (Warwick University), and Dental Implantology (Warwick University) demonstrate his diverse skill set. He specialises in 3D CBCT-guided aligner treatments, self-ligation fixed appliance therapy, and non-extraction orthodontics. As the UK Clinical Expert for Suresmile and Key Opinion Leader for Dentsply PrimeScan and Cerec CAD CAM Dentistry, he shares his expertise globally, presenting at International conferences and offering training sessions. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Taylor is an experienced contractor and developer for large residential and commercial projects in the UK. He values work-life balance, dedicating three days a week to clinical practice while pursuing fitness, travel, and diverse interests.

Dr. John Haughey

Dr John is the owner and principal of a private dental practice in Dublin, Ireland. He has over 20 years’ experience as a practising dentist and holds an academic position with the UCL Eastman Dental Institute. Dr John possesses extensive knowledge of the Irish dental sector, having served for a decade as Chief Dental Officer for Ireland’s largest dental insurance company. He has a particular interest in aesthetic and sports dentistry and is recognised internationally as a leading sports dentist.

Paul Fitzsimmons qualified as a dentist from Trinity College Dublin in 2003 and brings over 20 years as a dental entrepreneur owning mixed general/specialist practices in Ireland, alongside his clinical specialisation in premium cosmetic dentistry. His operational expertise is enhanced by a Diploma in Stockbroking & Investment (Dublin Business School) as well as experience as a tutor for dentistry and dental nursing students.

Gary Little

Gary is a finance leader and investor in growth businesses with a proven track record in the specialist finance, banking and technology sectors. He has held senior roles in large corporates including Barclays Bank and Close Brothers and has successfully launched and run two FCA regulated specialist lending businesses. Jonathan Jacobs

Jonathan is a corporate solicitor with extensive experience in the dental sector. He acts on practice acquisitions and sales, partnership agreements, directors service contracts, shareholder agreements and all other commercial requirements of dental professionals. He also advises in commercial disputes and is well skilled in resolving these. In addition, Jonathan deals with employment issues arising in everyday dental practice and on practice issues with the Care Quality Commission and NHS and is the past Chairman and sits on the panel of the Greater Manchester Dental Advisers (GMDA).
Perminder Singh Ghataore

Perminder is an accomplished professional with a strong record in leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration. He has held senior roles at EMC, Kronos, and Mentor Graphics, driving business growth, process improvements, and team development. In 2016, he founded Finance House Solutions Ltd, providing commercial finance brokerage for SMEs and individual investors. Parminder’s expertise spans general finance, funding, project management, and creation of innovative financing solutions. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Chartered Management Institute, and Association of Accounting Technicians, and continues to pursue excellence and impact in business and the community.
Dr. Vinita Shekar
Dentist – Clinical Director
Dr Vinita Shekar is a specialist dentist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) at Ninewells hospital, Dundee. Outside clinical work, Vinita is actively involved with teaching and training and works very closely with NHS England. She is an invited member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCSEng) council while serving as Regional Director for Scotland appointed by the college.
She has also served on the council of Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AoMRC) from September 2022 until August 2025 and co-chaired the AoMRC SAS Committee. She is immediate past chair of SAS Forum at RCSEng and served as a panel member for Kennedy Review that looked at the diversity of leadership of Royal College of Surgeons of England.
She is passionate about equal opportunities for education and training of SAS doctors and dentists and has been instrumental in improving the profile of SAS surgeons at the college and beyond. Some of her other past leadership roles include being an investigator officer for doctors in difficulty, a whistle-blowing advocate, clinical audit lead, clinical governance lead, SAS education advisor for NHS Tayside and SAS Representative on BAOMS council.
